21 <br /> <br />§ 153.10 FINAL FINAL MAJOR SUBDIVISONS (FINAL PLAT). <br /> <br /> (A) Submittal requirements. Requests for final plat approval may be filed with the Zoning <br />AdministratorCity on an official application form following City Council approval of a <br />preliminary plat. The applicant’s signatures shall be provided on the application form. If the <br />applicant is not the fee owner of the property, the fee owner’s signature shall also be provided on <br />the application form, or the applicant shall provide separate written and signed authorization for <br />the application from the fee owner. Such application shall be accompanied by the following <br />information.: The applicant shall submit a minimum of 4 large scale copies and 10 reduced scale <br />(11” X 17”) copies of all graphics. The application shall be considered as being officially <br />submitted and complete when the applicant has complied with all the specified requirements and <br />submitted all the information as outlined below;. The applicant will be responsible for all <br />expenses incurred in obtaining the required information. <br /> <br />(1) The applicant shall submit a minimum of 4 large scale copies and 10 reduced <br />scale (11” X 17”) copies of all graphics as well as electronic versions of all the <br />submitted documentation and project plans. <br />(1)(2) Certification by a registered land surveyor in the form required by M.S. <br />Ch. 505, as it may be amended from time to time, and the name, address, and <br />registration number of the surveyor; <br />(3) A fee as set forth by the City’s adopted fee schedule. <br />(2)(4) Final tree preservation and landscape plans. <br />(3)(5) A written summary of how all conditions of preliminary plat approval <br />have been met. <br />(4)(6) Written statement explaining changes or modifications to the preliminary <br />plat. <br />(5)(7) Final plat including the following information: <br />i. Name of the subdivision; <br />ii. Location by section, township, range, county, and state, and including <br />descriptive boundaries of the subdivision; <br />iii. The location of monuments shall be shown and described on the final plat; <br />iv. Location and area calculations of lots, right-of-way, streets, public <br />highways, alleys, parks and trails, wetland and wetland buffers and other <br />features with accurate dimensions; <br />v. Lots shall be numbered clearly; blocks are to be numbered, with numbers <br />shown clearly in the center of the block; <br />vi. The exact locations, widths, and names of all streets to be dedicated; <br />vii. Location width and use of all easements to be dedicated;
