CITY OF LAKE ELMQ <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2018-053 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />PUBLICATION OF <br />ORDINANCE 08-269 AND; <br />ORDINANCE 08-210 BYTITLE <br />AND SUMMARY <br />WHEREAS; the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo has adopted <br />Ordinance No. 08-210, an ordinance <br />amending the City's fee schedule, <br />and "Ord. 08-209, an ordinance, <br />adding standards for the operation of J <br />golf carts on City streets apd , <br />WHEREAS, the ordinance is i <br />lengthy; and <br />WHIVREAS, Minnesota Statutes, <br />section 412.191, subd. 4, allows <br />publicatioin, toy title and ,summary in <br />the case of:lengthy ,ordinances or <br />those containing charts, or,:maps; <br />and <br />WHEREAS.. the Clty" CoOrjcil' <br />believes that the following•sumrhary <br />Would clearly; inform the, public of the <br />intent and effect of the'ordinance <br />NOW, THEREFORE, r BE ; IT <br />RESOLVED -_-by the .City Council - <br />of the City of Lake" Elmo, that; the <br />City Clerk shall cause the following <br />summary of Ordinance No. 0&209 <br />and Ord. 08-210 to be published in. <br />the official newspaper in lieu of the <br />entire ordinance: . <br />Public Notice <br />The CityCb"uncil'of the City <br />of Lake Elmo has adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 08-210,, which' <br />amends the .
