PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo has adopted Ordinance No. 08- <br />210, which, amends. the City's 2018, <br />Fee Schedule to add a fee of $30 <br />for golf cart permits. which last three i <br />years. <br />AND <br />The Cify, Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo has adopted Ord. 08209, which <br />Includes the following changes to the <br />Lake Elmo City Code of Ordinanges-. <br />Chapter 11 is amended by to add a <br />definition of Golf Cart(s) and amend <br />the definition of Operate. <br />Chapter70: is amended by creating <br />section 70,03: GoIfL Carts, which <br />includes the following: <br />Designated streets on which golf <br />carts maybe operated <br />Applications are, required; and <br />approval of application by the city <br />is required prior to issuance of said <br />permit. 1 11 11 <br />Golf carts shall not be operated in <br />inclement weather conditions. <br />A list of mandatory equipment for all <br />golf carts operating on public right of <br />way. <br />The full text of Ordinance No, 08 <br />200 and Ordinance No. 08-210 is <br />available for Inspection at Lake limo'! <br />city hall 'during regular business <br />hours, <br />(Oakdale' -Lake Elmo Review: May <br />30, 2018) <br />
