Ord. 97-114, passed 9-17-2002) 32.088-94 VOTING. Each member attending any meeting shall be entitled to cast 1 vote. Voting shall be by voice vote. if any member has a personal interest of any kind in the matter then before the Commission, the member shall disclose this interest and be disqualified from voting upon the matter.
