CITY OF LADE ELMQ <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />117:i III / ►� i� f <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMQ CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES BY <br />AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LADE ELMO <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Labe Elmo hereby ordains the following properties to <br />be rezoned from RS — Rural Single Family to V-LDR Village Low Density Residential: <br />The South. 658.02 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 29 <br />North, Range 21 West. <br />om <br />The north 991.97 feet of the West Half of Northeast Quarter of Section 14, said Township 29 North, <br />Range 21 West. <br />MM <br />The South 660.00 feet of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 29 North, Range <br />21 West. <br />And <br />The north 991.97 feet of the East Half of Northeast Quarter of Section 14, said Township 29 North, <br />Range 21 West, <br />All situated in the County of Washington, State of Minnesota. <br />SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo also hereby ordains that the Zoning <br />Administrator shall make the applicable changes to the official Zoning Map of the City of Lake <br />Elmo. <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption and <br />publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 4. Adoption Date.
