b. Fencing along east and west borders to be <br />accomplished if and when adjacent properties <br />are developed to the extent that fencing is <br />necessary. A determination as to when the <br />adjacent properties are sufficiently developed <br />to require fencing will be made at the time <br />of permit renewal in future years. <br />2. The Club will experiment with implementation of the <br />Braslow recommendations for noise abatement over <br />the firing line during 1983. The Club will report <br />on the status of these experiments at the time of <br />the 1984 permit application. <br />3. Weapons on the shotgun range shall be limited to <br />fine shot (#6 shot) on the shotgun range. <br />4. There will be no expansion at the present location <br />without an amendment to this permit. <br />5. The names of lead range officers and a schedule of <br />events with the officer in charge shall be provided <br />to the Washington County Sheriff. <br />This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded, <br />after a 2 week notice and a public hearing, <br />if the City Council finds that the public health, <br />safety, or welfare is jeopordized. <br />ADOPTED, this the 4th day of January <br />198 3 , by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed: <br />A est: <br />
