RESOLUTION 85-27 CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SIMPLE LOT' SUBDIVISION TO LAKE ELMO FAMILY PHYSICIANS WHEREAS, Doctor's Dunham, Norquist, Wedes, Steinhauser, Nolan, Halstrom and Wiest, on behalf of the Lake Elmo Family Physicians have made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a Simple Lot Subdivision on a parcel of land. located in said City into two tracts legally described as follows, to wit: PARCEL "A" All. that part of Lots l.and 2, Block 1, BROOKMAN ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof., Washington County, Minnesota lying Southwesterly of the following described line: Commencing at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 1; thence North 53 degrees 211 minutes 34 seconds East on an assumed bearing along the southeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 189-55 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 36 degrees 24 minutes 12 seconds West, a distance of 323-38 feet to a point on thenortherlyline of said Lot 2, distant 187.70 feet Easterly of the northwest corner of said Lot 2 and there terminating. This parcel contains 1.5 acres, more or less. PARCEL "B" All that part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, BROOKMAN ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Washington County, Minnesota lying Northeasterly of the following described line: Commencing at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 1; thence North 53 degrees 24 minutes 34 seconds East on an assumed bearing along the southeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 189.55 feet to the point of beginning of the.line to be described; thence North 36 degrees 24 minutes 12 seconds West, a distance of 323-38 feet to a point on.the northerly line of said Lot 2, distant 187-70 feet Easterly of the northwest corner of said Lot 2 and there terminating. This parcel contains 1.95 acres more or less. I WHEREAS,, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this application on July 22, 1985 and recommended the approval thereof; WHEREAS, there are no variances required with this request for a simple lot subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo as follows, to wit:
