CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2021-074 <br />A RESOL UTION APPRO VING A DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR THE EASTON <br />VILLAGE 7TyADDITION FINAL PLAT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, Chase Development, 2140 West County Road 42, Burnsville, MN ("applicant") <br />has previously submitted an application to the City of Lake Elmo ("City") for a Final Plat for Easton <br />Village 7th Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered the Easton Village Sketch Plan at <br />its January 27, 2014 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council approved the Easton Village Preliminary Plat and on <br />July 15, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution 2021- 060 on May 18, 2021 <br />approving the Final Plat for Easton Village 71 Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, a condition of approval of said Resolution 2021-060, establishes that before the <br />execution of the Final Plat by City officials, the Applicant shall enter into a Developer's Agreement with <br />the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant and the City have agreed to enter into such a contract and a copy of <br />the Developer's Agreement was submitted to the City Council for consideration at its July 6, 2021 <br />meeting; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council does hereby approve the <br />Developer's Agreement for Easton Village 71 Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to <br />execute the document. <br />Passed and duly adopted this 61 day of July, 2021 by the City Council of the City of Lake Eh -no, <br />Minnesota. <br />Charles Cadenhead, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />9J, ohn onntitry Clerk <br />
