The AUAR is <br />proposed by NorthPoint Development. <br />AUAR Study Area <br />The AUAR study area encompasses approximately 180 acres, including three existing tax parcels, located <br />north and south of 34 th Street N and east of Ideal Avenue N (see Figure 1). <br />Development Scenarios <br />Three development scenarios, defined in Table I and shown on Figures 1, 2, and 3 are proposed to be <br />evaluated in the AUAR.
