D. The Developer shall submit a lighting plan for the Subdivision to the City for its <br />review and approval. Said lighting plan must be approved by the City prior to the <br />issuance of any building permits. <br />E. The Developer shall address the comments in the City Engineer's review <br />memorandums dated September 15, 2021 before the City releases the final plat <br />for recording, The City Engineer shall review and approve the final construction <br />plans prior to the recording of the Final Plat. All changes and modifications to the <br />plans requested by the City Engineer in the memorandums dated September 15, <br />2021 and any future reviews shall be incorporated into these project documents <br />before the City approves the final plans. <br />F. The Developer must submit an updated title policy for review and approval by the <br />City Attorney before approval of the development agreement and recording of the <br />final plat. <br />G. Prior to the execution of the Final Plat by City officials, the Developer shall enter <br />into a Developer's Agreement acceptable to the City Attorney and approved by the <br />City Council that delineates who is responsible for the design, construction, and <br />payment of the required improvements for the Crossroads East Final Plat and Final <br />PUD Development Plans with financial guarantees, therefore. <br />H, All easements as requested by the City Engineer and Public Works Department <br />shall be documented on the Final Plat before the execution of the final plat by <br />City Officials. <br />I. As per the Fire Department comments dated September 20, 2021, the location of <br />the secondary access must be identified, and plans and specifications must be <br />provided prior to recording the final plat. <br />17 <br />LA515-93-753821A <br />
