Green Infrastructure <br />■ An Overview gfMinnesota's 2003-2008 State Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan <br />The Green Infrastructure piece provides some good information as to the value of planning for a parks <br />system. rather than developing parks one at a time. The overview of the state's Plain (SCORP) describes <br />Minnesota's goals for parks. This is one example of how goals are set forward within'a plan.
