The data are organized by Old Village - <br />Sewered, Cimarron — Sewered and Other Sewered, and the remainder of households <br />(unsewered). The forecasts show an average growth of 450 persons per year between 2005 <br />and 2010. Therefore, the Park Plan assumes the population of Lake Elmo in 2006 (the <br />base year for the Park Plan) to be 8,416 persons.
