CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-081 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES <br />CHAPTER OF THE BUSINESS <br />REGULATIONS OF CITY <br />OF LAKE ELMO <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo hereby <br />amends Title XI: Business <br />Regulations; Chapter 111: <br />Alcoholic Beverages; Intoxicating <br />Liquor, as follows: <br />§111.22 PLACES .INELIGIBLE <br />FOR LICENSE <br />(A) General prohibition. No license <br />shall be issued for any place or any <br />business ineligible for the license <br />under state law. <br />(B) Delinquent taxes. No license <br />shall be granted for operation on any <br />premises on which taxes, <br />assessments, or other financial <br />claims of the city are delinquent and <br />unpaid. <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date.
