CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-089 <br />-AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />MUNICIPAL FEES <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby <br />adopts the following fee schedule <br />amendment and directs that it be <br />added to the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code as Appendix A. <br />• Change of $20 Dog License Fee <br />to $20 Dog License — altered Fee <br />• Addition of .$25 Dog License — <br />unaltered Fee <br />• Addition of $2.50 per month late <br />fee for Dog Licenses <br />ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the <br />Lake Elmo City Council on the 15th <br />day of October, 2013. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance <br />shall become effective immediately <br />upon adoption and publication. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />/s/ Mike Pearson, Mayor <br />Attest: /st Adam Bell, City Clerk <br />(Oakdale -Lake Elmo: Oct. 23, 2013) <br />
