The City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo has <br />adopted Ordinance No. 08- <br />069, which represents a <br />revision to the City Code, <br />specifically establishing <br />additional licensing <br />requirements for contractors <br />to ensure competency and <br />professionalism in <br />construction activities in Lake <br />Elmo. The adopted additions <br />include: <br />1. Specification of what types <br />of work require contractor <br />licensure <br />2. Specification of what types <br />of work require city licensing <br />3. Process and requirements <br />for obtaining a contractor <br />license <br />4. Suspension and revocation <br />of license procedures <br />5.
