Off-street loading area requirements may be waived in the Village Mixed -Use District (VMX). A. Number. For facilities with less than twenty thousand (20,000) square feet gross floor area, a designated loading zone may be provided on site, rather than constructing a loading berth. For facilities with twenty thousand (20,000) square feet gross floor area or greater, one (1) off- street loading berth shall be provided for every thirty thousand (30,000) square feet gross floor area or fraction thereof. 12
