Number. For facilities with less than twenty thousand (20,000) square feet gross floor area, a <br />designated loading zone may be provided on site, rather than constructing a loading berth. For <br />facilities with twenty thousand (20,000) square feet gross floor area or greater, one (1) off- <br />street loading berth shall be provided for every thirty thousand (30,000) square feet gross floor <br />area or fraction thereof. <br />12 <br />
