The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Title XV: Land <br />Usage; Chapter 154: Zoning Code, is hereby amended as follows: <br />5154.457 Attached Garages, Urban Residential Districts <br />A. Attached Garages. <br />1.
