CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF INNS TA <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING THE TRUTH IN TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING DATE <br />FOR THE 2014 BUDGET AND TAX LEVY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to set a single meeting for discussion and <br />final approval of the 2014 budget and tax levy; and <br />WHEREAS, the City will publish the date, time and location for the public meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the public will be given the opportunity to speak. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lake Elmo has set <br />December 3, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. as the public meeting date for the final adoption of the 2013 <br />budget and tax levy. <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO THIS THIRD <br />DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2013. <br />Adam Bell <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution No. 2013-69 <br />
