I � I' 0 11''! 1101 <br />111101 12mifts �� 1 11 I 1111M <br />WHEREAS, the grading activity is intended to facilitate the removal of a culvert <br />located at Raleigh Creek and the former 28 th Street North. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer issued a report dated January 1/7/201-31' <br />highlighting the City's expectations related to the Raleigh Creek culvert removal project. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a Public Bearing on <br />January 14, 2013, and reviewed and recommended approval of the Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow for grading within a floodway. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />hereby approves the Conditional Use Permit requested by the Valley Branch Watershed <br />District to remove the culvert located at Raleigh Creek and the former 28th Street North. <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE EL MO THE <br />FIFTH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2013. <br />earson <br />Mayor <br />1dam Bell <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution 201' D-06 <br />
