Eel 0 <br />LIK-11103001100 <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the city of Lake Elmo act as the legal sponsor for pr ject(s) contained <br />0j <br />in the Local Government Information Form to be submitted on or about April 17, 2013, and that <br />Beckie Gumatz and Dean Zuleger are hereby authorized to apply to the Department of <br />Employment and Economic Development for funding of this project on behalf of the City of Lake <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lake Elmo has not incurred any costs and has <br />oot entered into any written agreements to purchase property, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lake Elmo has not violated any Federal, Stat <br />or local laws pertaining to fraud, bribery, kickbacks, collusion, conflict of interest or oth <br />unlawful or corrupt practice, I <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon approval of its application by the state, the City of <br />Lake Elmo may enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota for the above -referenced <br />5a( � and that the City of Lake Elmo <br />regulations as stated in all contract agreentents and described on the Compliance Section of the <br />Local Government Information Form. <br />AS APPLICABLE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lake Elmo has obtained <br />credit reports and credit information from Valley Cartage Group Inc. and Jeffrey Buelow, its <br />CFO/CIO. Upon review by the City of Lake Elmo and Applicant's Legal Counsel, no adverse <br />findings or concerns regarding, but not limited to, tax liens, judgments, court actions, and filings <br />with state, federal and other regulatory agencies were identified.
