2) The EAW, combined with the supplemental information contained in the Response to <br />Comments, satisfactorily addressed all the issues raised and comments received for which <br />existing information could have been reasonably obtained, and further investigation is <br />therefore not required. <br />3) Based on the criteria established in Minnesota Rules Part 4410.1700, the project does not <br />have the potential for significant environmental effects. <br />4) City of Lake Elmo makes a "Negative Declaration" on the need for an EIS. <br />5) The City of Lake Elmo City Council adopts a.
