CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNE SOTA <br />nuffc! i 1M <br />0 9 112MMU-43AMI J WR <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota (the "City"), as follows: <br />Public Hearing. This Council shall meet on November 18th, 2014, at approximately 7:00 <br />p.m., to hold a public hearing on the proposed adoption of a Redevelopment Plan (the <br />"Redevelopment Plan") for, and establishment of, the Downtown Redevelopment Project, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 469.001 to 469.047, as amended. <br />1. Notice of Hearin e-,Filing of Program and Plan. The City Clerk is hereby <br />authorized to cause a notice of the hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, <br />to be published as required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.003, Subdivision 2, and to place a <br />copy of the proposed Redevelopment Plan on file in the City Clerk's Office at Lake Elmo City <br />Hall and to make such copies available for inspection by the public. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, this seventh day of <br />October, 2014. <br />LAV48 <br />Ad'am R.
