RESOLUTION NO. 2014-031 1 1 <br />A RESOL UTION APPR 0 VING THE DEVELOPER'S OPER'S A GREEMENT FOR <br />SA VONA <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is a municipal corporation organized and existil <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />NOW "I" <br />? 74TJ—,17=A7,TM7 ^PY11Qd11L j HUN j,#1f CA SLIVIIHIet U11 UpPlIQUL1011 LO LIX �,AL3--"L-A <br />Elmo ("City") for a Final Plat for Savona; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved the Preliminary Plat <br />request for Savona at a meeting held on August 6, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, The Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution No. 2014-013 on <br />February 18, 2014 approving the Final Plat for Savona; and <br />WHEREAS, Condition (3) of said Resolution No. 2014-013 establishes that, prior to the <br />execution of the Final Plat by City officials, the Applicant is to enter into a Developer's <br />Agreement with the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant and City have agreed to enter into such a contract, and a copy <br />of the Developer's Agreement was submitted to the City Council for consideration at its May 20, <br />2014 meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, based on the information received, the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo does hereby approve the Developer's Agreement for Savona and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Clerk to execute the document. <br />Passed and duly adopted this 20t" day of May 2014 by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo, Minnesota, <br />
