<br />'Land dedication in lieu of park dedication is the option of the City Council after receiving a
<br />recommendation from the Park Commission and/or Planning Commission,

<br />A. A fee for each building permit shall be paid on or before the issuance thereof. The fees for such
<br />permits snall be in the amount established from time -to -time by ordinance of the City Council.
