STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2050 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 301.070 D.4.c. (7) THRU (`) <br />TO THE LAKE EL11O MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />The City Council ordains that Section 301.070 D.4.c. (7) thru (8) <br />shall be added to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code to read as follows: <br />(7) All dwelling units must be at least twenty (20) feet wide <br />through the main living area of the structure. <br />(9) The structure must have continuous frost footings.
