PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF a (MICATION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.8048 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION <br />301.070 D.2.c. (9) THROUGH (10) TO THE LAKE <br />ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />The City Council ordains that Section <br />301.070 D.2.c. (9) through (10) shall be added to <br />the Lake Elmo Municipal Code to read as follows: <br />(9) All dwelling units must be at least twenty <br />(20) feet wide through the mair living area of the <br />structure. <br />(10) The structure must have continuous <br />frost footings.
