PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT Of. VBLICATION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.8051 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION <br />301.070 D.13.c. (10) THROUGH (11) TO THE <br />LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />The City Council ordains that Section <br />301.070 D.13.c. (10) through (11) shall be added <br />to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code to read as <br />follows: <br />(10) All dwelling units must beat leasttwenry <br />(20) feet wide through the main living area of the <br />structure. <br />(11) The structure must have continuous <br />frost footings.
