PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF OBLICATION <br />OCT 1 1'�91 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.8054 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br />1602.070A WIDTH OF DRIVEWAY IN THE <br />RESIDENTIAL ESTATES (RE) ZONING DIS- <br />TRICT, AND SECTION 1602.0701 DISTANCE <br />FROM DRIVEWAY TO SIDE LOT LINE IN <br />RESIDENTIAL ESTATES ZONING ORDINANCE <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains <br />that Sections 1602.070A and 1602.0701 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />1602.070A <br />A. WIDTH: The maximum width of any <br />driveway and curb cut shall be twenty-four (24) <br />feet, except that in the Residential Estates (RE) <br />zoning district, the maximum width at a lot line <br />shall be twelve (12) feet and the maximum width at <br />the public street shall be eighteen (18) feet. <br />1602.0701 <br />I.
