STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE EL11O <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8047 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 301.070 D.l.d. (f) THRU (g) <br />TO THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />The City Council ordains that Section 301.070 D.l.d. (f) thru (q) <br />shall be added to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code to read as follows: <br />(f) All dwelling units must be at least twenty (20) feet wide <br />through the main living area of the structure. <br />(g) The structure must have continuous frost footinas.
