<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
<br />301.060D 1 (CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS)
<br />OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
<br />The City Council ordains that Section
<br />301.060D1 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code shall
<br />be amended to read as follows:
<br />Section 301.060D1 Conditional Use Permits
<br />Conditional Use Permits may be granted or
<br />denied in any district by action of the governing
<br />body according to the standards for that district. In
<br />granting a conditional use permit the governing
<br />body shall consider the advice and recommen-
<br />dations ofthe Planning Commission and the effect
<br />of the proposed use upon the health, safety,
<br />morals, convenience, and general welfare of oc-
<br />cupants of surrounding lands, existing and antici-
<br />pated traffic conditions including parking facilities
<br />on adjacent streets and land, the effect on utility
<br />and school capacities, the effect on property val-
<br />ues of property in the surrounding area, and the
<br />effect of the proposed use on the Comprehensive
<br />Plan. If it shall determine that the proposed use will
<br />not be detrimental to the health, safety, conve-
<br />nience, morals, orpeneralwelfaranftharnmmi .,in,
