PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION CITY OF LAKE ELMO COUNTY OF WASHINGTON STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 8075 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PLATTING MONUMENTATION The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Section 401.360(C) of the Lake Elmo City Code is amended; and Section 401.360(D) is added to the Lake Elmo City Code to read as follows' 401.360(C). Asecond monumentation shall be required following the final grading and comple- tion of streets, curbs and utility improvements for a plat in order to insure that all irons and monu- ments are correctly in place. 401.360(D). Proof of the final monumentation shall be in the form of a surveyor's affidavit that said monumentation is complete. The surveyor's affidavit shall be submitted to the Washington County Surveyor's Office and to the City of Lake Elmowithin one year from the date of recording the plat or prior to the issuance of building permits, whichever event occurs first. Effective Date: This ordinance shall be ef- fective the day following its publications. Adoption Date: Passed by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo the 20th day of October, 1992.
