STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8075 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PLATTING MONUMENTATION. <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Section <br />401.360(C) of the Lake Elmo City Code is amended; and Section <br />401.360(D) is added to the Lake Elmo City Code to read as follows: <br />401.360(C). A second monumentation shall be required following <br />the final grading and completion of streets, curbs and utility <br />improvements for a plat in order to insure that all irons and <br />monuments are correctly in place. <br />401.360(D). Proof of the final monumentation shall be in the form <br />of a surveyor's affidavit that said monumentation is complete. The <br />surveyor's affidavit shall be submitted to the Washington County <br />Surveyor's Office and to the City of Lake Elmo within one year from <br />the date of recording the plat or prior to the issuance of building <br />permits, whichever event occurs first. <br />Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective the day <br />following its publication. <br />Adoption Date.
