STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8077 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO EXCEPTIONS TO PLATTING <br />The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that Sections 401.042(A), <br />401.042(A)(2) of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code are hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />401.042(A). A minor subdivision is a division of land which <br />results in no more than two parcels; and <br />1. Each resultant parcel, individually or when combined with <br />an abutting parcel through an approved lot consolidation <br />procedure, equals or exceeds the minimum lot requirements <br />for the zoning district in which the property is located; <br />or, <br />2. In those cases where the City Council determines that it <br />is not reasonably possible for each such resultant parcel <br />to comply with the provisions of Section 401.042(A)(1), <br />each resultant parcel when combined with an abutting <br />parcel through an approved lot consolidation procedure <br />shall at least cause a -concurrently nonconforming lot to <br />become less nonconforming. <br />The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that Section 401.042(A)(3) is <br />hereby repealed. <br />Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective the day <br />following its publication. <br />Adoption Date.
