304.100 ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS <br />The flood plain areas within the jurisdiction of this <br />ordinance are hereby divided into three Districts: <br />Floodway District (FW), Flood Fringe District (FF) and <br />General Flood Plain District (GFP). <br />A. FloodwayDistrict. The Floodway District shall <br />include those areas designated as floodway in the <br />Flood Insurance Study. <br />B. Flood Frinqe District. The Flood Fringe District <br />shall in ude those areas designated as floodway <br />fringe in,the Flood Insurance Study. The Flood <br />Fringe District for Eagle Point Lake Fork shall <br />include those areas below the flood elevation* <br />shown on the revised profile (Exhibit 1 ), which <br />are outside of the floodway. <br />C. General Flood Plain District. The General Flood <br />Plain District shall inc u�ce those areas designated <br />as unnumbered A Zones on the Flood Insurance Rate <br />Map. <br />The boundaries of these districts shall be shown on the <br />Official Zoning Map and attachments. Within these districts <br />all uses not allowed as Permitted Uses or permissihle as <br />Conditional Uses small he prohibited. <br />* Flood elevation indicated on revised profile as the <br />"Official 100 yr.
