Gazette Extra, Feb. 24, 1993 <br />CITY OF I`U I-MN1Q <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />4MARY OF ORDINANCE 80-85 <br />RELATING TO SHORELAND REGULATIONS <br />On February 16, 1993 the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Ordinance 80 85 relating to Shoreland <br />Regulations in the City of Lake Elmo. <br />On February 16,1993, the Lake Elmo City Council received a summary of Ordinance 80-85 and by <br />5 affirmative votes, approved the publication of a summary of this ordinance, to -wit: <br />THE LAKE ELh1O CITY COUNCIL ORDAINS THAT THE FOLLOWING SECTION OF THE LAKE <br />ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE IS HEREBY ADOPTED: <br />SECTION 308 - SHORELAND REGULATIONS <br />Section 38 Shoreland District <br />Section 308.020 Intent <br />Section 308.030 Definitions <br />Section 308.040 Administration <br />A.Required <br />B. General Provisions <br />B. Lot Area - No Sewer <br />C. Lot Width - No Sewer <br />D. Placement, Design and Height of Structures <br />E. Shoreland Alterations <br />F. Placement and Design of Roads, Driveways and Parking <br />areas <br />G. Stormwater Management <br />H. Specific Provisions of Public/Semi-Public Agricultural <br />I. Water Supply and Sewage Treatment <br />J.
