308.060 <br />SHORELAND STANDARDS <br />A. General Provisions <br />The following standards shall apply to all shorelands of the <br />protected waters. Where the requirements of the underlying <br />zoning district as shown on the official zoning map are more <br />restrictive than those set forth herein, the more restrictive <br />standards shall apply. Only land above the ordinary high water <br />level of public waters can be used to meet lot area standards. <br />and lot width standards must be met at both the ordinary high <br />water level and at the building line. <br />B.
