CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-06 5 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR HOA 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat <br />of HOA 2°a ADDITION on June 12, 2006; <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved on June 20, <br />2006 the preliminary plat of HOA 2nd ADDITION, a 12.6 acre Outlot A of the HOA <br />Addition; <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat and Development Agreement of HOA 2" a ADDITION <br />presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of Section 400 of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and Development Agreement of HOA 2ND <br />ADDITION as the same on file with the City Administrator subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />Compliance with the requirements of the City Engineer and City Attorney. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5th day of J 6. <br />Dean A.
