z3A <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-063 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />FOR 2006 OVERLAYS ON IRVIN COURT, IRVIN CIRCLE, ISLE AVENUE, <br />IVY COURT, AND JAMACA COURT <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 201' of June, 2006, fixed <br />a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of Irvin Court, Irvin Circle, <br />Isle Avenue, Ivy Court, and Jamaca Court; and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the <br />hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the 5th day of July, 2006, at which <br />all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY <br />COUNCIL: <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br />feasibility report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution <br />adopted the 5th of July, 2006. <br />3. Tom Prew, TKDA & Associates, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the <br />making of such improvement. <br />4. The city council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of <br />the improvement. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Counc' this 5t -day of July, 2006 <br />Dean A.
