CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-043 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />SITE PLAN FOR ROCKPOINT CHURCH <br />WHEREAS, at its April 24, 2006 meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission <br />reviewed and unanimously recommended approval of a Site Plan for Rockpoint Church, <br />AND <br />WHEREAS, at its May 2, 2006 meeting, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed <br />the Site Plan for Rockpoint Church. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />approves the Site Plan for Rockpoint Church in accordance with plans staff dated April <br />24, 2006 with the following conditions: <br />2006. <br />1. No Building Permit shall be approved until Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement are approved by the Lake Elmo City Council. <br />2. The Development Agreement shall reflect responsibility for the joint <br />septic system with the OP Plat. <br />ADOPTED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL on the 2°d day <br />M <br />Dean A.
