CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-12-1 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF FARMS OF LAKE ELMO <br />2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved the OP Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat, Conditional Use Permit of FARMS OF LAKE ELMO on July 5, <br />2005; <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat of FARMS OF LAKE ELMO 2nd ADDITION <br />presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of Section 300 and Section 400 <br />of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the Final Plat of FARMS OF LAKE ELMO 2nd ADDITION, <br />per plans staff -dated November 16, 2006 as on file with the City Administrator subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1.
