CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-080 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 5 <br />TO RILEY BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION <br />FOR WATER SYSTEM INTERCONNECT — PHASE III <br />(Jamaca Avenue, Stillwater Boulevard and 31St Street) <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby <br />approves Partial Payment No. 5 to Riley Brothers Construction in the <br />amount of $178,642.75 for work improvements to the Water System <br />Interconnect Project— Phase III, verified by the City Engineer. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 15t f August, <br />2006. _ <br />Dean A.
