PROHIBITED WASTE. Prohibited Materials means Solid Waste which is unacceptable <br />for collection, Processing, or Disposal due to the physical or chemical nature of the material or due <br />to a Facility's inability to properly manage the waste. <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption <br />and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />SECTION 3. Adoption Date.
