CITY OF LAKE ELMO COUNTY OF WASHINGTON STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO.2022-13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO CITY ZONING CODE BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo ordains that Lake Elmo City Code, Section 105.12.140 Zoning District Map, of the Municipal Code, shall be amended by adding Ordinance No. 2022-13, as follows: SECTION 1. The following property(s), recognized by its current legal description and PIDs, is hereby rezoned from RT (Rural Transitional) to V-LDR (Village Low Density Residential): The Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the North 991.97 feet of the East Half of Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota and EXCEPT the North 991.97 of the West Half of Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota. PID 14.029.21.14.0001 AND 14.029.21.41.0003 And That part of Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota lying northerly of the northerly right of way line of the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railroad. PID 14.029.21.41.0001 and 14.029.21.41.0002 SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo also hereby ordains that the Planning Department shall make the applicable changes to the official Zoning Map of the City of Lake Elmo. SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. SECTION 4. Adoption Date.
