Motion passed 5 - 0. <br />ITEM 15: Legends Development Open Space Concept Plan Review <br />Planning Director Roberts reviewed the concept development plan for a development of 50 <br />homes on 110 acres north of 50"' Street and south of the St. Croix Sanctuary development. Todd <br />Erickson spoke on behalf of the developer and provided additional information on the proposed <br />community septic system. <br />Discussion was held concerning the trails and septic system with a consensus of the City Council <br />indicating support for trails that connect to existing trails and a gravity septic system. <br />ITEM 16: Cooperative Cost Share Agreement and Cooperative Maintenance Agreement <br />for the TH36-Manning Avenue Interchange Construction <br />City Engineer Griffin reviewed proposed cost sharing and maintenance for the Trunk Highway <br />36/Manning Avenue interchange project. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Mayor Cadenhead, moved TO APPROVE <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2021-048 APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS WITH <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY FOR THE TRUNKHIGHWAY (TH) 36AND MANNING <br />AVENUE (CSAH 1 S) INTERCHANGE PROJECT. Motion passed 5-0. <br />ITEM 17; 2022 Budget Calendar <br />Finance Director Magureanu presented the proposed 2022 Budget Calendar. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Mayor Cadenhead, moved TO APPROVE THE 2022 <br />BUDGET CALENDAR. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS <br />Mayor Cadenhead: Attended EDA meeting prior to the City Council Meeting. <br />Councilmember Holtz: Discussed airport concerns with MPCA. <br />Councilmember McGinn: Assured the public that the City is in constant contact with <br />Washington County during times of potential unrest. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
