Motion passed 5 - 0. <br />ITEM 25: Tapestry Sanitary Sewer Extension Public Improvement Hearing <br />City Engineer Griffin presented the project scope and proposed costs. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO OPEN THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />Pam Hartley, 10010 Tapestry Rd., stated that volunteers have put in a lot of time to keep the <br />current system up and running and requested Council approval of this project. <br />Brian Coady, 10325 Tapestry Bend, spoke as HOA President for the Tapestry neighborhood and <br />requested Council approval of the project. <br />David Osten, 9901 Tapestry Grove, stated that the existing septic system is in trouble and <br />connecting to the City's sewer system is the best solution. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO CLOSE THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING.
