CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MINUTES <br />JANUARY 11, 2022 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Cadenhead, Councilmembers Katrina Beckstrom, Dale Dorschner, Jeff Holtz <br />and Lisa McGinn. <br />Staff present: City Administrator Handt, Assistant Administrator Dickson, Fire Chief Kalis, <br />Building Official Taylor and City Clerk Johnson. <br />Business Subsidy Policy Draft <br />Administrator Handt presented information gathered and analyzed by the City's EDA. Chris <br />Eng, Washington County Economic Development Director, commented on tax increment <br />financing and business subsidies. <br />Metrics and Dashboards <br />Administrator Handt presented preliminary work done toward the Council's goal of developing a <br />5 year plan for each department with appropriate metrics and dashboards.
