Motion passed 5 - 0. <br />ITEM 14: Preliminary Plat and PUD, Zoning Map Amendment and CUP for 9450 Hudson <br />Blvd <br />Planning Director Just presented an overview of the revised plans for an apartment building and <br />daycare facility at 9450 Hudson Boulevard. <br />Katie Anthony spoke on behalf of the applicant, noting changes made to the original plan based <br />on concerns expressed by the City Council. Ms. Anthony also reviewed amenity points earned <br />through underground parking, landscaping and plaza area. Bart Nelson also spoke on behalf of <br />the applicant and reviewed site layout, exterior design and materials. Discussion was held <br />concerning landscaping, exterior design and stormwater management. Brad Coates, Goldridge <br />Group, commented on the daycare facility exterior design, interior features and playground <br />space. <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />REZONING OF THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED MULTIFAMILY BUILDING AND <br />DAYCARE CENTER AT 9450 HUDSON B 0 ULE VARD FROMRT (RURAL <br />TRANSITIONAL) TO MU-C (MIXED USE COMMERCIAL) BASED ON THE FINDINGS <br />LISTED IN THE STAFFREPORT.
