ORDINANCE 8009 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1979 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo ordains: <br />Section 1. Amendment. Section 301.070C of the 1979 Municipal <br />Code of Lake Elmo adopted October 16, 1979 It is hereby amended to <br />change the zoning district map by rezoning the following described <br />parcel from Rural Residential (RR) to Agricultural (AG) to wit: <br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 29 <br />North, Range 21 West, Washington County, <br />Minnesota, containing 20.00 acres, more or less. <br />Subject to easements of record, and subject also <br />to any other valid easements, reservations or <br />restrictions. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
