ITEM 23: Public Hearing – Vacation of Drainage & Utility Easement within Royal Golf <br />Club of Lake Elmo 4th Addition <br /> <br />Planning Director Just presented the request for vacation of a drainage and utility easement in an <br />outlot to allow for the platting of the outlot into lots and blocks for Royal Golf Club 5th Addition. <br />Director Just noted that replacement drainage and utility easements would be granted with the <br />platting of the 5th Addition. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Dorschner, moved TO OPEN THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING. Motion passed 5 – 0. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Beckstrom, moved TO ADOPT <br />RESOLUTION 2022-120 APPROVING THE VACATION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENT ON OUTLOT B OF THE ROYAL GOLF CLUB AT LAKE ELMO 4TH <br />ADDITION, WITH CONDITIONS BASED ON THE FINDINGS LISTED IN THE STAFF <br />REPORT.
