The owner and the occupant of any property adjacent to a <br />boulevard within the city shall use due diligence to keep the boulevard in a safe condition. The <br />owner or occupant shall not allow any noxious weeds, rubbish, dead trees or branches, or other <br />debris to remain on the boulevard longer than 12 hours after its deposit on the property. The <br />owner or occupant shall abate or prevent the nuisance on the property. <br />(b)Requiring compliance to specific sections of this Code. The owners and the occupant of any <br />property adjacent to a boulevard within the city shall use due diligence to abate or prevent the <br />nuisances described in LEC 9.28.030 and LEC 105.04.080 et seq. The owner or occupant of any property within the <br />city's corporate limits that fronts upon any public street that has an abutting sidewalk must <br />remove any snow or ice from the sidewalk within 48 hours following the termination of any snow <br />or ice formation. The owner or occupant of the property abutting the sidewalk must keep the <br />abutting sidewalk reasonably clear and free of any snow or ice. <br />(b)Nuisance.
